Standing up and falling down.

Carter has learned how to pull himself up. He likes to hang out mostly at the couch. The pants he has on are a bit big around the waist so as you can see they started falling down. What a cute little diaper bum!

Boys making dinner

Last night the boys wanted egg sandwiches for dinner. I let them crack their own eggs (always a highlight) and then mix up their own batch (since they like to sample it as they go).
They like to help out in the kitchen whenever they get a chance. Looks great, good job boys!

Blah Blah Blah

Well I am out of my funk now :) You know how now and then those crazy times in life hit and when it rains it pours!? Mine had to do with sick kids, cleaning up poop a million times (bedding, clothing, floors) kids not sleeping well, kids had attitudes (mom then became grouchy),retrieving corn out of Talons nose, wiping boogers time and time again, kids that are sad because they miss their dad, a dog that whines because he misses Rick, and a momma that is trying to do it all and can only take so much! WHEW!!!! The older boys are better now, Rick will be home this week. I am getting caught up with things and life is on the up and up again. HALLELUJAH :)

Carters B-day Party

Saturday we celebrated Carters b-day with some family. I made burritos for dinner. (yummy homemade refried beans, and Spanish rice). It was nice to see everyone. Carter slept for part of his party. He wasn't feeling to well. Thanks everyone for the nice gifts :) My mom came over early to help out with the boys. Thanks mom! *feel free to double click on the pic's to enlarge them* Carter had a great time eating his cupcake. Messy, messy, baby. So cute! Yum yum : )
Once everyone left and the kids got to bed my sis Amber came over and we stayed up and we made part of Emma's Halloween costume. Of course we stayed up way to late talking.....but I think we both needed that. Thanks Am :) It turned out to be a good day. I am glad that I belong to such a great supportive family.
