Friday night fun!

Last night Amber and her cute kids came over. My mom bought all of the "fixin's" for ice cream, so we had an ice cream party. The kids didn't eat much dinner tonight....they said they weren't that hungry but when it came to ice cream their appetite was huge! Silly kids!
Carter had never had his own ice cream cone before. His little face got so red from the cold that I had to take it away after awhile and he was not very happy with me. He did get that chance to eat most of it though and he loved it! Talon and Emma have a love/hate relationship. They were being nice to each other during these pictures. Then.....the sticky monsters all got a bath. (Keaton opted out/7 yrs. I think I would too). Then we watched The Secret Garden. The kids all had their eyes glued to the television. Notice the jammies my boys are wearing. My mom surprised them with matching shark jammies. The little babies roamed the floor. Liam was trying his hardest to push the buttons on the t.v. We had a fun night. : )

My mom stayed at my house last night. Today was walk your child to school day so we all got up a bit early to walk Keaton to school. It was kind of fun. Then we went to my sister Melissa's and hung out. Amber also came along. It was just nice to hang out and visit. I am so glad that I have such great sisters and such a great mom. We have fun just doing nothing. Tonight my favorite show Survivor began......Yeah, something to finally watch : ) My mom watched her favorite show Greys Anatomy. The kids are still awake!!! They are having a hard time sleeping because they know that their Nanna is here. They are going to be tired in the morning. So, that is it. Nothing real exciting today. Sometimes that is the best kind of day!

4 year olds playdate

Today it was my turn to have Talon's 3 buddies over for a play date. It was fun to watch them interact and hear what they had to talk about. I think that Talon dominated most of the conversations though. He is a talker and has a million and one stories to tell. At one point he had the boys under the trampoline telling them about "The Legend Of Batman". How he comes up with these things I do not know. Here is a joke that he told them over and over. "Knock knock" who's there? "Ida" Ida who? "Ida know". The boys would laugh every time he told it.

While I was gathering things up for church yesterday, Keaton was entertaining his little brother. This is what I found. How cute!
Keaton loves his little bro. so much. He is always able to make him laugh/smile. Carter thinks that Keaton is the coolest thing on the planet. I just love seeing the two of them together.

Sick Tally Bear

Poor little Talon is sick again. After dinner tonight he wanted to sleep. He was mumbling while he was asleep and then after awhile he woke up crying and holding his ear. Rick took him into the Doctor. Our Tally Bear has an ear infection. He wants to go to bed so bad but his ear hurts to much to do so. It looks like the two of us are going to have a long night. Don't his eyes look so sad.
He wanted to cuddle up with "Mommy's cozy blanket". I feel so bad when my kids are sick.
